Watery Eyes, Purple Color Around Eyes, Stomach Pain, Headache, Losing Weight. Cure For Symptoms?

I have been so tired lately but I do get my sleep, all around my eyes are purple and eyes are watering, I have bad days most of the times and nearly always angry. I shake a lot, have bad stomach pains all over, sore ears and gone half deaf on both, feel like something sticky/lumpy is in my throat, have headaches, sometimes I get dizzy and would feel weak, also lost some weight. I've never felt like this before and my medications are not improving my wellbeing at all.

sinus infection explain all signs and symptomp
need to get xray pn waters view for diagnosng and consult the ent doctor to treat it accordingly
as till then can use metronidazole 200 mg bd for 5 days
anti allergics to decrease secretions in sinuses
antacid for reducing stomach problems and analgesic sos for pain
apply neomycin h ointment in nose bd
sea water 2 drops in nose each side to clear back f pharynx and eustachian tubes to clear he ear problems
