Weak Erections, No Ejaculation, Frequent Urination. Is Anything Wrong?
Hi. I stumbled upon this from google. Just a quick question. I'm seeing this guy who's 21 (I'm 20). We've been having bedroom issues. He says he's not nervous or embarrassed, which seems to be true. He has weak erections if he has them at all. They don't last very long -- only lasted long enough for penetration once and that was in the morning, but he also typically has weak morning erections that don't last very long. He didn't ejaculate that one time we had sex. He also has to pee more frequently than I would deem normal. Any suggestions?
Hi and thanks for the query,
I suggest he deserves a critical clinical evaluation. Testing for diabetes is very vital in this case considering the fact he pees frequently. Diabetes could have implications as far as the erectile function is concerned. A detailed urogenital assessment is necessary also to exclude a urinary tract infection. The opinion of a urologist is indispensable for this particular situation. A good psychological state, courage, motivation, adequate pre penetration excitation are also prerequisites for an exciting sexual experience. While waiting to consult his urologist or Sexologist depending on the case, I suggest a rich diet in fruits, vegetables and exercise as he books these respective appointments for evaluation.
Best regards,
Luchuo, MD.
