Weakness In Thighs, Unable To Walk Without Walker. Any Treatment To Strengthen The Muscles?

I have severe weakness in my thighs which causes me to be unable to walk without a walker or use a wheelchair. I have tried stretching and exercising with no effect. Is there anything more I can do to strengthen the muscles. I am only 46 years old and I have two young sons, I need to walk again. If there is anything you can tell me, I would really appreciate it. Thank you, Jenine Phippen

Hi, Jenine phippen , It appears to be the arthritis of the hip joint, or sciatica, or myalgia. I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have M.R.I. for diagnosis.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe injections of vit B1, 6, and 12, for 10 consecutive days, and one injection every week. Ofloxacin2oo for 7 days, acyclophenac and paracetamol for 7 days. Thank you.
