Weakness With Enlarged Purples, Skin At Top Of Hand Goes Back When Pinched. History Of Passing Out Due To Heat. Serious?

my daughter simi passed out from heat. she was unresponsive for about 15-20 seconds. now she is weak with enlarged puples and zones out frequently. someone told me to pinch skin on top of her hand to see if dehydrated. it goes back immediately. she does not drink or eat like she should. could this be just she got overheated or something more serious?

Welcome to HCM.It would be best if she is assessed by a Doctor for dehydration/heat stroke.Reduced urine output and dark coloured urine would indicate dehydration.Ruling out neurological disease like epilepsy/Meningitis is essential. The situation is an emergency and urgent visit to a good Physician is warranted .
