Weird Pulsations In Body. Diagnosed With Anxiety And Chest Pain With Palpitations. Any Thoughts?

Hi, I ve recently been diagnosed with anxiety following recurrent chest pain and palpitations. I ve had a full blood work, three ECGs, have worn a Holter machine and had an echocardiogram. All cardiac causes for my chest pain have therefore been ruled out. I m a twenty year old slim female, about 5 5. However, I m now experiencing weird pulsations throughout my body in various places, in a different rhythm to my heartbeat and blood pressure. Can you tell me what this is?
