Weird XRay Image..

My friend s brother went to the chiropractor and had a xray done. The chiropractor said that he wasn t going to do anything to him because of what he saw in the xray. It kind of looks like a jellyfish. It s behind his heart. IT is a dark spot with skinny strings/tentacles. The man who got the xray is 26 and smokes hookah. What could this be?

Please scan the X-ray picture or transfer the xray picture (image) to your computer and post it me. I am a radiologist and can opine on whether there is a problem in the xray, only after seeing the xray. You can also use a digital camera and take a photo of the xray film. Hope this helps.
