On the first day of my period, my labia and perineum area feel swollen, as well as the back of my legs and rectum. I also have stinging pains in my rectum. What is this, and more importantly, what can I do about it?
Hi there,There are a couple of things that could happen here.Normally there is no reason why there should be any swelling but due to water retention,you be feel bloated up.Also you may be constipated.Increase fresh vegetables in your diet and make sure your bowel movement is clear.
