Hello
I would come up with these possibilities , for these boils , these includes.
1
Carbuncle , this is an infective gangrene of the subcutaneous tissues, due to
staphylococcal infection.
Carbuncle often occurs in the nap of neck , where the skin is coarse and ill-nourished.In this subcutaneous tissues become painful & indurated &the overlying skin is red.
When such type of patient visit , I advise them to take
cloxacillin 500 mg every 6 hourly for 5-7 days .
2 Boil ( syn. FURUNCLE ) A boil is a acute staphylococcal infection of a hair follicle , with perifolliculitis which usually progress to suppuration & central necrosis ( as may be in your case).
3 Impetigo is an intradermal infection . Physical examination will find out the exact nature of infection.
In this type of condition reason may be many as
diabetes or
skin infection . So get in blood examination for blood sugar level and also get swab examination from these multiple skin infection. Usually this type of boils responds to cloxacillin and cure within 5 - days . If don't relief within this period , consult a skin specialist and get his opinion.
Good luck.
