Hi.. Intermenstrual bleeding can occur due to a wide variety of causes. The causes can include pregnancy, stress, infecton, local uterine problems such as cervical erosions, polyps or a tumour, systemic problems such as use of hormonal pills, thyroid dysfunctions..
