I can understand your concern. It is true that seizure can occur after acute or chronic or both type of subdural hematoma. But incidence or chance of it is approximately

: 4 to 7% in case of chronic subdural hematoma. It decreases to 2 to 3% if surgical evacuation was done. There is no need to take seizure medication prophylactically.

: 25% or less in case of acute subdural hematoma (SDH). In patients with severe SDH, there are more chances while mild SDH incidence is towards 5-10%.

So you will be having 5 to 10% chances of developing seizures if there was SDH which was mild and non operable and chances re upto 25% if it was severe and operated at that time. One more thing, if along with SDH if you had any brain bleed (contusion), chances of developing seizure will be higher. But you need not to worry if you do not have seizures at present. No need to take medication.

Those who had suffered Sub Dural Hemorrhages are likely to develop fits later. So, to answer the question "Is there a POSSIBILITY of you developing fits", the answer will be "YES"

But

From your question, I assume that you have crossed 18 years and you are not on anti epilepsy drugs

So
Any one who is not on anti epilepsy drugs for 16 years (or more, if you are more than 18 years) and who has not had an episode of fits all these years have very low chance of getting epilepsy

If you want to be very sure, you can consult a Neurologist and get an Investigation called EEG Done. That will say whether there is any seizure activity or not in your brain
