What Are Extreme Abdominal Pain And Diarrhea Suggestive Of?

hi I have had a mild stomache ache and diarrhea for about a week, now today I m having severe stomache pain kind of all over mostly middle and upper stomache, it seems to only be getting worse not getting better at all, I m worried about appendicitis. could that be whats happening?

Hi dear it seems to be acute gastroenteritis..for that I advise you to take tab pantoprazole and tab domperidone..also have warm water to drink and healthy diet,avoid oily,spicy and junk food. give stomach some rest..and do not lie down immediately after food..have fresh fruit juices. if problem persists then ultrasound is advisable.
