What Are Headache And Abdominal Pain In A Child Post Injury Suggestive Of?

My daughter is 4 years old she was playing outside ran as fast as she could and she fell on the side bar of her trampoline which knocked the wind right out of her. She was short of breath and heard ringing in her ears but that went away. As the day went on she acted fine but stated her stomach hurt and before she went bed complained of her head hurting. Should I be concerned of her having a caucusion?

hi,
welcome to healthcare magic
if the child is active and feeding well then it's nothing to worry about it, if the child feels heavy headache or vomiting then kindly consult the local physician, taking any analgesic may make her feel better.
take care.
