What Are Irregular Periods And Fluttering Sensation In Lower Abdomen Indicative Of?

I have been having irregular periods and have noticed a fluttering in lower abdomen I have started on Levotyroxine 50 in last few Monghs due to blood results. Definitely not pregnant as both tests negative have a history of cin3 cells on cervix can you give me any indication of what s wrong. I don t smoke at all or drink much.
