General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* If the case was of minor dermatitis, it would have been resolved with steroid over a period of time.

* Now as there is the persistent problem of burning, itchy body and tingling, I would recommend a precise workup with blood test for diabetes, autoantibodies responsible for many skin issues and get proper guidelines of cure systematically.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
