Hello,

The joint pain, sensitive skin, fatigue and stiff neck can be part of dermatomyositis or other auto immune or inflammatory disorder. As the Lyme is negative, I would like to recommend a consultation with expert immunologist for further work up with necessary antibodies level as Jo 1 , Anti nuclear antibody and so forth.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
