Hi,

I would like to recommend that you add a few important details to your question. How old are you? Are you constipated? if so for how long. Have you ever had a surgery to you abdomen? When do you get the pains, that is after eating or while on the toile? What is GAD and PAD? peripheral artery disease?Constipation can give you symptoms of abdominal cramps. If you have to strain whilst on the toilet you could feel faint and even pass out.

If you have a bowel obstruction you may have constipation and nausea. If you have no constipation then a diagnosis of GERD is possible. Please do write to us again with the few more details requested and we will be able to better assist you as we may have a clearer picture of what the cause could be. I would recommend you see a doctor if you are still worried.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr Raboobee
