What Are Semi Hard And Symmetrical Lumps On Nipples Suggestive Of?

As a bit of a precursor, I am a 21 year old male, I work out pretty frequently, don t take any supplements, I drink on the weekends (10 drinks over two days) but none during the week. I have been taking some allergy medications on and off. The other day I noticed a painful lump, like a deep pimple or ingrown hair, in one of my nipples. Being the pimple-popper I am, I tried to squeeze it really hard and try to see if anything would come out. When I squeezed, a yellow-white milky substance came out. My breasts aren t swollen other than what seems like a pimple. On a side note, I don t know what a lump is supposed to feel like when looking for cancer but I feel two semi hard and symmetrical lumps in my nipples. Is this normal nipple anatomy or something I should get checked out?
