What Are Side Effects Of Drinking Bitter Gourd Every Day?
Is there any negative effect of drinking bitter gourd every day? I ve been drinking bitter gourd juice for in the morning formore than a month, but I noticed that my menstrual period hasn t come yet. I m 44, 147cm., & I weigh 104 lbs. I undergone thyroid examination in 1999 and was on medication (PTU)for a month ,but didn t continue because of financial reason.I heard that bitter gourd is good for the overall health, and so I started drinking it since last month. Bitter gourd doesn't have negative effect on health.
