Hi.. Fatty liver is a reversible condition in which lipids (triglycerides) get accumulated in the liver.. This can happen due to malnutrition, increased lipid consumption, due to certain drugs, toxins commonly alcohol, infection such as hepatitis and many other.. Out of these alcohol, malnutrition and infections are the common cause.. Since it is a reversible condition, modification in the lifestlye, dietary changes, exercises, treatment of the infection if any, can change the condition.. However if not done can lead to irreversible conditions. This condition is usually asymtomatic.. Hence the symptoms of pain you have may not be related to the fatty liver. Discuss with your doctor to know the cause for your pain and diarrhea..
according to my doctor i have a mild diffuse fatty infiltration of the liver, and he said that there is no such treatment on this but i need not to eat fatty foods..im scared because the mild pain in my upper abdomen is still there,i felt that im always full even if i only eat a small amount.
