What Are The Causes Of Dizziness And Fever At Night?
Hi, I m feeling very dizzy and for the last few nights I have been awake with chills and a fever. My pulse is between 90-120 and I m not sure if I may have an infection. I had thoracic outlet decompression and a collapsed lung 9 weeks ago so I m still taking tramadol and gabapentin but haven t changed anything other than dropping my tea time 50mg tramadol.
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. As you describe, it appears to be the side effect of the tramadol, or the withdrawal of the tramadol. As you have the chills and fever, it could also be an infection of the lung, or a general infection. I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms paracetamol, citrizine, ranitidine. and try to taper the tramadol. wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
