Sylvia you seem to be having urticaria. This is usually due to an allergy either to something externally or internally. However commonest causes are either a medication or something in your food. To find out what you are allergic to, you need to get an allergy test. That will give you an idea what you could be reacting to and you should avoid that. However till then take symptomatic treatment like anti allergies as and when you need.
