The few causes of feeling heavy-headed in office can be :-
-less or no proper sleep.
-mental stress
-if A/C is on & you have sinusitis(few people don't tolerate cold)
-if you work continuously on a PC then even refractive error(vision defect) can cause heaviness or headache.
