What Are The Causes & Remedy For Itchy Swelling In Eyes?
All of a sudden my eye became very itchy and began to swell, I also wear contact lenses. After rubbing it I went into the bathroom and after 30 minutes I removed a long cat hair . Applied cold and hot compress for an hour. Now my eye is very red swollen and the whites look like jelly surrounding the pupil. No pain involved but totally freaked out. PLEASE HELP!

It is allergic conjunctivitis as you have said due to cat hair orcontact lens prolong use gives rise to dry eye. Now take levocetrizine 5mg tablet daily. cromal eye drop 3times daily. refresh eye tear drop 2times daily. Do not use contact lens for ten days. use specs for ten days.
