Wound is to be washed repeatedly. If the puppy has been vaccinated there is little chance of getting the disease. If you can observe the puppy for next 10 days. and the puppy remains healthy there is no risk. If the puppy has gone and you cant get information about it, than it is to be taken as stray and you have to take vaccination.
