What Are The Chances Of Hysterectomy Having Anterior Placenta Pervia?

Hello Doctor, I am 26 years old, 5'4", 147lb in my 30th wk of pregnancy. This is my 5th pregnancy (4 previous live, single births). My last two children were delivered by c-section. I was diagnosed with a complete anterior placenta previa at my 20 wk u/s. My most recent scan showed no change. I know I will be having a c-section, what are my chances of having a hysterectomy and what will be the procedure for the actual c-section?
