What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy After Taking Ipills?

My last normal period came on the 3rd of June. After which, I had unprotected sex on the 15th of June and my boyfriend accidentally came in me. The morning after (16th of June) I took the morning-after pill (Levonelle) within 12 hours of intercourse.

My next period was scheduled to arrive on the 1st of July (as my periods are incredibly regular), but instead I experienced very light bleeding on the 23rd of June for six days. I went to the doctor on the 8th of July to do a pregnancy test just to be sure, and the urine test came up negative. He told me that my next period should come in two weeks (21st July) and if it didn't, I should go back and see him.

However, it is the 13th of July and today I am bleeding lightly again which is unusual because my periods are very regular and quite heavy, and I am also experiencing abdominal pains. Should I go back and have it checked out through a blood test if I am pregnant, or is this nothing to be worried about?

I am also experiencing nausea, unusual vaginal discharge, headaches, severe mood/behavior changes, fatigue and bloating. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
