What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy With Contraceptive Pill?

hi,, i had unprotected sex on my 13th day from the first day of my periods,& on 22-hrs i hd taken contraceptive pill also.is there any chances of my getting pregant?.m periods are due dated on 28th of the month & had m sex on 11th of the month. i hve purchased mensovit plus for getting the periods quicker..please help me. my age is22 yrs, i weight 40.3 kg, & heights 5 feet.

First of all you should not concern and there is no need to take any medication for getting your period quicker.

Emergency contraceptive pills protect from pregnancy if taken within 72 hours after having unprotected intercourse. As you told that you had taken it after 22 hours of unprotected sex. There is least chance that you are pregnant.

And your delayed period is due to common side effect of EC pills which causes irregular periods in most of the women. You have to nothing to do regarding this matter as it will be regular within 2-3 months on its own.

Even if you are not not sure and want to confirm you can use urine pregnancy strip and know whether you are pregnant or not.
