What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy?

My period is usually 42 days I do have PCOS, but have not had a period in 70 days. I have lower abdominal heaviness and more constant urination. Did a pregnancy test at 45 days which was negative. How likely is pregnancy? Should I test again? Or just wait?
