What Are The Chances Of Stroke When On Coumadin?

I have Factor Five Leiden and some mutation. I had a stroke last year. Friday my doctor checked my blood for something and said I didn t have any. I haven t been taking Coumadin since July. Since Friday I am on 5 mg of Couadin and two shots 80 mg of Lovenox. I m almost positive I found a blood clot yesterday above my right ankle and today I believe I found two more, one on the back of my left thing and one in my stomach. I had the stroke while on Coumadin is there anything else they can do for me?

For primary prevention, it reduces the risk of stroke up to 68%. It is more effective than Aspirin. There are chances of stroke when on Counadin.
