What Are The Chances Of Survival While Suffering From Brain Infection?

I know of a person that has an abessed tooth or teeth that has been hospitalized and is being taken to another hospital because the infection was moving towards his brain. Can this person die? He is 29 years old, new diabetic and about 5 ft 8 inches not sure about his weight.

HI, thanks for healthcare magic

His prognosis would depend on the severity of the infection , his response to treatment and the presence of any co morbid factors that would affect his response.

It is possible that he may make a complete recovery.

I hope this helps
