What Are The Chances Of Urinary Infection Having Symptoms Of Chlamydia?
Today, after going to the local clinic to take care of what I thought was a urinary infection, I found out that I may have gonorrhea and chlamydia. The doctor found an abundance of abnormal blood cells within my urine. I have had three sexual partners and have used protection with all three (other than during oral). I have almost all the symptoms of the STD's, but the doctor would not tell me my odds (he kept saying that "you never know"). I need to wait about a week and a half for the test results. Any thoughts? How am I supposed to go on for the next week and a half not knowing? I am having serious anxieties about it all, especially when I pride myself on personal hygiene and sexual protection. What are the odds that it is just a urinary infection even if I do have the symptoms of chlamydia or gonorrhea? Any input (even if it's bad) would be GREATLY appreciated.

don't worry. its very good you are using protection t will prevent you from STD's. your problem is treatable. you can have urinary tract infection. it doesn't matter what you are having STD or UTI... because in both the cases you have to take some antibiotics. so don't wait for tests start treatment you will be fine after two to three doses of medicines. so take it get fine in 2 days. hope my comment is helpful and thankful to you. take care
