What Are The Dark Spots On My Hands And Knuckles?

Hi Doc I have a question about my hands my knuckles have real dark spots and I wanted to know how can I go about getting laser surgery as far as the price I only have medicaid insurance which I think can't cover the surgery I really would like to take care of this problem because it's really bothering me.

For the dark spots I recommend that you get glycolic peels and also apply Kojic acid over the area. Please meet a dermatologist with my suggestion
