Hi there,
I have understood your concern.I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.
1. First of all do not panic.
2. If she has regular periods and you had history of unprotected sex acts, you are absolutely right in suspecting the
pregnancy.
Also, urine pregnancy test has to be positive even with normal or ectopic pregnancy. IN case of doubt blood
beta HCG test and USG will be of help.
Also, USG will help to rule out ectopic pregnancy.
3. With negative test results for pregnancy she can simply wait for the onset of periods or induce the periods with
progesterone tablets. Your treating doctor can guide you about the same.
4. I will suggest you to get proper sex counseling done. Use of suitable
contraceptive method like condom, will help to prevent unwanted pregnancy and STDs.
I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
