Early signs of pregnancy are-
1) Nausea,vomitting,guiddiness,changed appetite- can appear even you reach your expected date of period or may be later.(personal variation)
2) Missed menstruation
3) Breast tenderness & black pigmentation of areola surruonding nipples.-!.5 mths
4) heaviness in lower abdomen -1.5 mths
5) urine pregnancy test positive -7 days overdue periods.
