I had what was thought to be a chemical pregnancy back in the beginning of January (I was under 4 weeks pregnant). Despite having an ultra sound 2 weeks later the technician failed to realize I was STILL pregnant. In the middle of February, I discovered that I was still in fact pregnant (10 weeks). In that time since being unaware of the pregnancy I have been taking birth control, consuming up to 2 energy drinks a day, using OTC medicine not recommended during pregnancy (biotin, hydrogen peroxide, Advil, sacylic acid), had a few X-rays and given opiates through arm injections at the hospital due to a facial injury, consumed alcohol almost every weekend, have barely ate food in the last couple weeks as I thought I had a lingering stomach bug from a bad case of food poisoning my partner and I both endured, and suffered from a bladder and kidney infection that was misdiagnosed as a yeast infection. I ve had a horrible month as you can tell and really do not trust the doctors in my area as they have seriously let me down. My question is what sort of defects or complications (if any) will my unborn child have due to the unfortunate list above? Please give me as much detail as possible. I won t be able to see my OBGYN until April and I rather not wait that long. Thank you in advance.
