What Are The Episodes Of Chest Pains Radiating To My Head?

Last week I woke up with this chest pain/discomfort that last 30-45 minutes. Then a few days later I had the same pain/discomfort while I was driving, and this time the pain radiated up my jaw, the left side of my face to my head. The discomfort/pain lasted 30-45 minutes also. Do I need to worry about anything?
