I recently received the results of a stool sample which stated that the culture contained heavy growth of Nontoxigenic E. coli, heavy growth of Kluyvera ascorbata and heavy growth of streptococcus pneumoniae. I'm most concerned about the streptococcus pneumoniae. Is this bad?
Streptococcus pneumoniae is a bad condition only. What is your age?. It may cause bacterimia and also uremia rare cases which caused alpha hemolytic streptococci. This can be treated with antibiotics.
Wish you speedy recovery
