What Are The Findings From The Transvaginal Ultrasound?

The result of my transvaginal Ultrasound states that The right ovary is converted into a unilocular anechoic cyst measuring 3.60X4.20Xv3.40 cm. My last menstruation was Nov 2, 2013. I did not feel any pain nor discomfort. Does it need to be removed or can this be treated through proper medication? Thanks.

Hi ,
If it is an unilocular cyst then most probably it will resolve with medication like antibiotics and oral contraceptive pills but if it keeps growing and causes significant pain then you need to get it removed.
