- Calculus cholecystitis with a breach in postero-medial wall and multiseptated pericholecystic collection causing luminal narrowing of hepatic flexure. However in view of loss of fat planes with hepatic flexure, mitiotic etiology cannot be ruled out.

According to reports there is inflammation of gall bladder associated with calculus and breach in postero-medial wall.There is also pericholecystic multiseptated collection and it is causing luminal narrowing of hepatic flexure.
However there is also loss of fat planes in hepatic flexure.This may be due to carcinoma.It has to be ruled out.
