Firstly, the symptoms are NOT suggestive of
Typhoid. They are suggestive of either
viral fever or
malaria (depending on the State you are at present).
Widals test becomes positive only by 6th day or so, from the day of illness. Further, Widal's test is highly non-specific and can be falsely positive in a number of bacterial or viral conditions and, even malaria.
Get yourself tested for malaria in case you are presently in a state known as endemic for malaria. A simple
paracetamol + anti-histaminics, plenty of oral water and a nutritious diet, would suffice in case of viral fever.
Consult your doctor and apprise him of my opinion. I am certain that he will agree with me, order required tests, and- based on the reports- will prescribe suitable/modified treatment as advised.
