I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. Stress and anxiety are known to produce weird symptoms anywhere across your body. Stress triggers these weird symptoms and it triggers anxiety. Then anxiety triggers acidity and the diaphragm is pushed upwards and tightness across chest is experienced and anxiety increases. It is a cycle. Secondly, anxiety also triggers obsessive thoughts about your health. All combined, you could experience scary symptoms. Now you know it.
Psychotherapy techniques should suit your requirement. If you require more of my help in this aspect, Please post a direct question to me in this URL. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Make sure that you include every minute details possible. I shall prescribe the needed psychotherapy techniques.
Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications. Good luck.
