What Are The Implications From My Semen Analysis Report?

Sir i am 35yrs man, my seminal fluid report is- quantity 01 ml, milky, Aeromatic, total sperm count :42mill, actively motile 55%,Sluggishly 10%, Immobile:35%, Normal sperm cell:75%,premature-15%,abnormal sperm cells:10%, pus cells:8-10/h.p.f.. Please advice about my marriage life?

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Your semen analysis report suggests infection .
Infection is indicated by the presence of pus cells in semen.
Infection may be due to prostatitis,UTI etc.
You need antibiotics for infection.
You need few more investigation like routine hemogram,Semen culture and sensitivity,RBS,Ultrasound of pelvis should be done.Trans rectal sonography of prostate can be done if needed.
Proper antibiotics should be prescribed after culture and sensitivity report.

Other findings like sperm count and morphology are within normal limit.
