What Are The Normal Values Of Lipid Profile?

My father had done his lipid profile

his values are as follows-

Seum Cholestrol - 221.2 mg/dl

HDL - 44.4 MG/DL

LDL - 154.54 mg/dl

triglycerides - 107 mg/dl.

VLDL - In range Please suggest the treatment,. shall he go for medication or it can be controlled with exercise & low fat diet

Brief answer: Can be controlled with Diet and lifestyle modifications.
Detailed answer:If i am his physician,would suggest initially with life style changes(daily exercises for 30 to 60 minutes)and diet restrictions(avoiding animal fat diet,to encourage fiber rich food,fruits and vegetables if not associated with other risk factors like hypertension,obesity,smoking,family history of coronary artery disease for 3 months.If risk factors present,would consider adding statin group of drugs like rosuvastatin,pravastatin.Hope i have answered your query.If any other questions,happy to answer you.
