i currently have a cold and i have felt throughout the first two days that the tissue i have been using was very rough an it irrated my nose the next day i had a very painfull kind of rash or series of small bumps that are located under my right nostril. i want to know what can help cure it faster cause it pretty unsightly

that seems like allergic rash,which usually itches...it can be well controlled with oral anti histaminics and topical steroids...i usually give avil25/levocetirezine5/betnoate cream for such cases in my clinic.also with this,your running nose allso will be controlled.
