What Are The Posible Treatments For Broken Ankle ?
I broke my ankle on both sides weeks ago. I'm now in a cast and if I do accidently put weight on it all I feel is like I have a thousand little needles everywhere. Even if I put weight on the heel. Even if I touch my toes or squeeze them, I can feel it back in my heel.

Please do the x rays of both ankle to know type and severity of injury/ fracture, Plan of type of treatment you required. start analgesic,rest and ice compress and consult your physician/orthopaedic surgeon for further treatment.
