What Are The Possibility Of Getting Pregnant For Missing A Months Period Cycle ?

hello doctor my name is mili its been one month to my marriage we got married on 30th oct it was my first sex, after that i had my periods regularly and my husband always takes precaution but in the last month i havent got my periods so i did checked it with prega news but it came -ve but still i have not got my periods as i am so worried are there any chances for pregnency.......pls help me with my the same

Thanks for discussing your problem with us.
In a regularly menstruating & sexually active woman number one cause of absent period is pregnancy. Urine pregnancy tests are very reliable but may sometimes give false results. So, better to have one blood test ( beta hCG ) & trans-vaginal ultrasound.
If these are negative too for pregnancy & no periods, better visit a Gynecologist for full evaluation.
