Hello,
I have gone through your query and understand your concern.
Your Serum triglycerides is very high than the recommended level. And also your High Density Lipoprotein Level is very low .
In fact HDL is a good cholesterol.

You are at high risk of Cardiovascular disease and Stroke.
Further you did not mentioned about your blood sugar and blood pressure.
If you are diabetic, this may add fuel to the fire.

You need life style changes and diet modification.
Take the medicine prescribed by your doctor properly.
Exercise regularly for 45 minutes a day for at least 5 days a week.
Eat plenty of green leafy vegetables and fruits.
Avoid deep-fried foods.
Avoid junk and fast foods.
Reduce salt consumption.
Try relaxation techniques like yoga and meditation.
Spend enough time with good friends and family. This will ease your stress.

Check your lipid profile once in three months.
As you are at risk of heart disease, do complete cardiovascular evaluation like electrocardiogram, Echocardiogram, Treadmill stress test, etc.
Have the regular complete health check up at least once in a year and follow up with your treating doctor.

Hope this helps.
Please write back for further queries.
Wishing you good health.
