In the 2012 diagnosed with mitral valve prolapse mild and now we done 2d Eco it s showing severe but I am very normal also do daily walk for 45 mins +15 mins exercise without any exertions,what precautions I should take further without damaging more and also let me know is it possible for me to back to normal or mild without any surgery.
