What Are The Reasons For 8 Year Old Having Chest Pain, Inner Thigh Pain And Neck Pain?

My daughter has been complaining of chest pain n will grab her chest and say her heart hurts. She had a EKG and X-ray and came back ok. But now is also saying her inner right thigh hurts like is burning and now her side front neck hurts. She only 8. Should I still be worried

Most of the pains in this age group are due to musculoskeletal pains and can be treated with mild analgesics like ibuprofen or paracetamol depending on the severity.
As EKG and X ray are normal, nothing to worry.
Give Tylenol or ibuprofen in prescribed dose and if the pain persists consult the doctor.
