Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. As you describe it appears to be the colitis, may be amoebic, or irritable bowel syndrome, etc. The other causes may be the intolerance to the milk, milk products, wheat, and barley etc. I advise you to consult a gastroenterologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have a colonoscopy for diagnosis and treatment. Avoid taking spices, junk foods, and oily foods. I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacinornidazole, ranitidine, domperidone and lactic acid bacilli. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
